São Paulo, the largest Brazilian capital, will host the largest Nutrition event in Latin America in 2024. The city, which reproduces the diversity of flavors, aromas, cultures and races, will host the 28th edition of the Brazilian Nutrition Congress – CONBRAN, whose theme will be “Food and Nutrition from the perspective of comprehensive care practices”.
NutriLovers are welcome to update themselves and participate in important conversations about nutrition in eating out, from the voice of those who work in UAN / foodservice.

Thematic Axes:
Food environments influence food choices and have repercussions on health. The construction of care in Nutrition must include strategies for innovation in food systems, covering discussions on traditional knowledge, agroecology, family farming and sociobiodiversity and regulation of commercial determinants of access to food.

Dietary patterns are directly linked to food systems and environments, and are determinants and conditions of health status throughout the life course. The different forms of malnutrition and food insecurity are complex problems today and represent important challenges for nutritional care.
