CONBRAN 2024

São Paulo, the largest Brazilian capital, will host the largest Nutrition event in Latin America in 2024. The city, which reproduces the diversity of flavors, aromas, cultures and races, will host the 28th edition of the Brazilian Nutrition Congress – CONBRAN, whose theme will be “Food and Nutrition from the perspective of comprehensive care practices”.

NutriLovers are welcome to update themselves and participate in important conversations about nutrition in eating out, from the voice of those who work in UAN / foodservice.

Institutional and commercial food and nutrition spaces are essential for health care and commensality, in which quality, safety, management and sustainability are fundamental aspects. In light of intersectoral strategies, sociocultural contexts and programmatic solutions, an articulated vision of collective food with food and nutritional security equipment.

Como forma de incentivar a pesquisa científica, o congresso contará com o Espaço Maria Lucia Ferrari Cavalcanti, destinado à exposição de pôsteres científicos.
